Dental Hygienist - Part Time

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining patient records and updating medical histories
• Performing X-ray procedures and assisting providers during exams
• Providing preventative periodontal treatments and restorative functions
• Administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide analgesia
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and developing treatment plans
• Ensuring infection control and sterilization protocols are followed
• Participating in dental education programs and adhering to regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program
• Active Dental Hygiene license for the state of practice
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred, with potential for differential pay
• Knowledge of dental practices, anesthesia, and restorative procedures
• Strong manual dexterity, communication skills, and basic computer proficiency
