Position Highlights

- $49.57-$61.34/hour DOE
- Additional pay for bilingual skills, $5,000
- Hiring/Retention Bonus Structure: $1,500 at hire, $2,000 at 180 days, $1,500 at 12 months

What You’ll Do
- Maintains patient medical records
- Conducts complete patient X-ray procedure
- Prepares tools and equipment for the Provider
- Auxiliary with Provider during exams
- Performs preventative periodontal care
- Placing and carving amalgam and composite restorations
- Administers local anesthesia and nitrous oxide analgesia
- Provides education and counsel for patients in oral hygiene
- Formulates dental hygiene treatment plans
- Participates in the clinic’s infection control program
- Provides input to the Dental Leadership team
- May participate in the development, implementation, and coordination of dental education programs
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program
- Active Dental Hygiene license for the state of practice
- Active Dental Hygiene License with Restorative Function Endorsement
- CPR Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred at a level 10
