Tatum Point Dentistry is a comprehensive, comfort-focused dental practice in North Phoenix, AZ. Led by Dr. Christine Gonzalez and Dr. Ude Iheduru, the office is known for its high-energy, fun, and impeccably structured environment. The team includes 2 Doctors, 4 dedicated Hygiene Operatories, 3 Lead Assistants, and an elite 3-person front office team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own single-column chair with complete clinical autonomy, delivering premier periodontal and preventative care.
• Utilize laser-certified therapies and localized anesthesia for comprehensive, comfortable gum disease treatments.
• Capture clean digital X-rays and utilize intraoral cameras to co-discover restorative needs alongside our doctors.
• Provide clear, empathetic patient education on systemic oral health, preventive routines, and specialized treatment options.
• Maintain meticulous digital clinical notes and track within our highly structured office workflow.

Requirements

• Licensure: Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Arizona.
• Certifications: Must be Laser Certified and Anesthesia Certified to align with our advanced hygiene protocols.
• Personality: Upbeat, communicative, and team-oriented. Adds to the positive office culture.
• Workflow Mastery: Comfortable stepping into a well-oiled, highly structured single-column schedule where punctuality and organization are celebrated.

Pay

$52.00 - $55.00 / hour DOE + Monthly Hygiene Bonus
