Dental Hygienist - Full-Time with Bonus Structure

Key Responsibilities

• Providing periodontal care, including scaling, prophylaxis, sealants, and applying preventative agents.
• Performing expanded functions like restorations and managing temporary crowns within licensure scope.
• Taking and managing dental X-rays, periodontal charting, and maintaining accurate records.
• Administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide analgesia as needed.
• Educating patients on oral hygiene, developing treatment plans, and assisting during exams.
• Supporting clinic efficiency, quality initiatives, and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Active Dental Hygiene license in the relevant state.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
• Knowledge of dental practices, manual dexterity, and computer proficiency.
