Dental Hygienist - Full-Time with Bonus Incentives

Responsibilities

• Performing preventive periodontal treatments, including scaling, prophylaxis, root planing, and sealants.
• Executing expanded functions such as restorations and managing temporary crowns.
• Taking and managing dental X-rays, periodontal charting, and maintaining accurate patient records.
• Administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide analgesia as needed.
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and developing treatment plans collaboratively.
• Assisting providers during exams, ensuring infection control, and supporting clinic operations and compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Active Dental Hygiene License or Limited License in WA.
• CPR Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish/Dari/Arabic/Russian) preferred, with opportunity for bilingual differential pay.
• Knowledge of dental practices, manual dexterity, organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency.
