Dental Hygienist - Full-Time with Bonus Incentives

Responsibilities

• Performing preventative periodontal procedures such as scaling, prophylaxis, root planing, sealants, and applying preventive agents.
• Executing expanded functions like placing restorations and managing temporary crowns within licensure scope.
• Taking and managing dental X-rays, completing periodontal charting, and maintaining accurate patient records.
• Administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide analgesia as needed.
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and developing treatment plans in partnership with providers.
• Assisting during exams, ensuring infection control, and supporting clinic efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Active Dental Hygiene License in WA or Limited License.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).
• Knowledge of dental practices, manual dexterity, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with electronic records and basic computer skills.
