Schedule
- Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality care without feeling rushed — provide thorough cleanings, assessments, and preventive care using modern tools that support—not slow down—your day
- Build meaningful patient relationships — educate and coach patients in a supportive, judgment-free way that actually makes a difference
- Collaborate as a true clinical partner — work alongside doctors who value your input in co-diagnosing and treatment planning
- Create a comfortable patient experience — help patients feel at ease, heard, and cared for from start to finish
- Work with technology that helps you succeed — digital tools and updated equipment, plus ongoing support to keep your skills sharp
Qualifications
- Licensed Dental Hygienist (or graduating soon) who takes pride in providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Enjoy educating and connecting with patients — and want the time and support to do it the right way
- New grad or experienced clinician — we offer support, mentorship, and a team that meets you where you are
- Value a collaborative, respectful environment where your clinical judgment is trusted and your voice matters
- Prioritize patient safety and care standards (current CPR certification or willingness to obtain)
Compensation
$50–$55 per hour + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
