Konikoff Dental is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team in our Harbour View Office located at 5849 Harbour View Blvd, Suffolk, Virginia 23435. What We Offer
- Competitive Pay: Base rate of $50 - $55 per hour for single column hygiene and $60-$65/hour for assisted hygiene
- Sign on Bonus: $15,000
- Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday 8a-5p, and Friday 7a-3p, no Saturdays
- Average Patients Per Day: 8 single column and 14-15 assisted hygiene

Responsibilities
- Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
- Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Certification in local anesthesia (if applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
