Dental Front office Treatment Coordinator

Love Your Smile Dentistry is looking for a part-time Dental Front Office Treatment Coordinator in La Mesa, CA.

About the role

We are seeking a delightful dental treatment coordinator with at least 1-2 years of experience. The ideal candidate is a great communicator with strong insurance knowledge to explain treatment plans to patients and successfully schedule them for procedures. This role requires a team player who is open to training and feedback, and willing to move between front and back office to keep the day flowing smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Explain treatment plans and insurance coverage to patients
• Schedule patients for treatment
• Manage multiple phone lines and multi-task efficiently
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain workflow

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator or similar role
• Proficiency in Dentrix software
• Experience with CareCredit and dental insurance processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM (after training period)
