Southpoint Dental Center is a high-end dental office that treats their team and their patients like family. They are seeking a Business Assistant to join their team. Southpoint Dental Center is an 8-person team that has been growing for 23+ years and is set to add a second doctor this summer. Located in a modern dental office on South 2nd Street, in an all-medical facility with ample parking.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a dental or medical setting
• 1+ years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable
• Dentrix or other dental software experience

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
