Maintenance Technician II

Summary of Position:

Maintain facilities and equipment, assist with events, and perform medical and dental equipment repairs.

  • Assist with inventory and set-up/clean-up of company events
  • Perform mechanical and non-mechanical repairs
  • Operate and maintain tools safely
  • Complete work orders and troubleshoot issues
  • Keep certifications up-to-date
  • Understand basic troubleshooting and commercial building concepts

Performance Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, and understand English
  • Ability to lift heavy items and work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and effective time management
  • Knowledge of basic computer operations
  • Valid driver's license and personal transportation
  • Ability to operate company vehicles

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years in commercial facility maintenance
  • 2 years skilled trade experience
