About the role
The Dental Ceramist is responsible for creating custom dental restorations using ceramic materials.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed ceramic models based on patient needs and oral examinations.
- Prepare and apply ceramic materials to dental structures for improved aesthetics and functionality.
- Work closely with dentists and other dental professionals to ensure restorations meet clinical standards.
- Ensure all restorations are completed within the required timeframe and to high quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Dental Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in dental ceramics.
- Knowledge of dental materials and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with dental team members.
Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota Dental Technology license.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for dental restorations.
- Experience with dental impression techniques and materials.
