Responsibilities

  • Utilize knowledge of dental anatomy, materials, and esthetics to create high-quality dental prostheses.
  • Interpret and follow dental treatment plans and prescriptions from the dentist to ensure the desired outcome is achieved.
  • Work closely with the dental team to ensure successful patient outcomes and meet patient expectations.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple cases, ensuring on-time delivery of final restorations.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues with cases and communicate with the dental team as needed.
  • Utilize organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized work area, as well as manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of cases and materials used.
  • Follow all OSHA guidelines and protocols for a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members as required.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of dental ceramics, with an emphasis on advanced knowledge of ceramics, anatomy, and esthetics.
  • A strong focus on performance, quality, and the ability to follow a plan to ensure consistency and accuracy of the finished products.
  • A high level of skill and experience in dental laboratory procedures, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail to create functional and aesthetically pleasing restorations that meet the needs of patients and dental practitioners.
