Dental Call Center Representative (Patient Concierge) - White Greer and Maggard Orthodontics

About the role

White Greer & Maggard Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic, full-time Patient Concierge to become the welcoming voice of the brand. This role involves joining a dynamic patient concierge team where communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset are essential. The position plays a key role in guiding patients through their journey to a confident smile in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from orthodontic patients in a high call volume setting
• Professionally communicate with patients and orthodontic teams in various office locations
• Schedule appointments for new and existing patients
• Collect new patient information and track in office management system with accuracy
• Resolve patient inquiries and concerns regarding orthodontic treatment

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills
• Possesses a professional phone voice that is upbeat and conveys a service-oriented attitude
• Concierge or customer service experience
• Strong ability to listen carefully to patients while finding solutions to meet their needs
• Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to remain focused and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment
• Conflict resolution skills with a solution-focused mindset
• Energetic, ambitious, and dependable

Pay & schedule

• Full-time, hourly position
• 730 am – 530 pm work schedule, 4 days a week (with rotating days off)
• 1-hour lunch
