Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
- Aid the doctor in providing care to the patient.
- Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
- Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
- Develop a relationship with the patient.
- Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
- Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
- Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be 18 or older.
Pay
A compensation package, starting at $19-20 per/hour based on experience.
Schedule
Tuesday 6:10am - 3:30pm
Wednesday 7:10am - 4:30pm
Thursday 6:10am - 3:30pm
