Responsibilities
- assisting during dental procedures
- preparing treatment rooms and materials
- taking and processing dental x-rays
- maintaining sterilization and infection control protocols
- educating patients on procedures and oral hygiene
- documenting clinical information accurately
- monitoring supplies and supporting efficient patient flow
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous dental assisting experience required
- Radiology/x-ray and CPR certifications
- Knowledge of sterilization standards and infection control
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Dependability and professionalism with a focus on patient experience
