Position: Dental Assistant - Specialty, Pedo
Schedule: Part-Time
Pay Range: $23.00-$26.00 per hour/DOE
Location: Gentle Dental Albany Children's 2815 Willetta St. SW Suite A-1 Albany, OR 97321, USA

Responsibilities
- Aid during patient treatment and procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and materials are ready for patient care
- Take diagnostic records, including impressions, photographs, and radiographs as permitted by state regulations
- Provide exceptional patient care and education throughout treatment
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
- Create a welcoming and professional environment
- Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure efficient office operations
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Dental Assisting Program
- Current Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS Certification
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Preferred: Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) Certification, X-Ray Certification, Bilingual in English and Spanish, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential, where applicable
