Dental Assistant NO Nights or Weekends

We are hiring dental assistants for part-time and full-time positions at $22-$26/hour. Join our mobile dental team serving seniors on-site in their communities. This role offers higher compensation than a standard office and involves transporting mobile equipment to senior care facilities.

About the role

Our mobile practice travels to senior care facilities to provide dental and hygiene services. You will assist with general office upkeep and patient care, arriving at our storage office as early as 8:00 AM to transport equipment to the facility. At the end of the day, you will return the equipment to the office for sterilization. Mileage and tolls are reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist with dental procedures.
• Prepare patients for dental procedures.
• Prepare equipment and instruments for use during dental procedures.
• Follow sterilization and safety procedures while assisting in dental procedures.
• Clean, disinfect, and store equipment used during dental procedures.
• Transport equipment and supplies to and from clinic sites.

Requirements

• Current x-ray certification with a minimum of 2 years of experience in dental assisting.
• Enjoy working with elderly patients (geriatric experience is a plus but not required).
• Willing and able to transport equipment in your own personal vehicle (a standard 4-door sedan is sufficient, but an SUV or crossover may be preferable).

Pay

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule

• 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
• On the road (mobile practice).
