Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining patient records, updating medical histories, and vital signs
- Performing X-ray procedures, including panoramic and intraoral imaging
- Conducting periodontal charting and preparing instruments and materials for exams
- Providing preventive care such as polishing, fluoride treatments, and sealants
- Educating patients on oral hygiene and assisting with infection control protocols
- Supporting orthodontic procedures, including record collection and appliance placement
- Performing other assigned clinical duties
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Oregon EFDA certification within 90 days of employment
- A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) at a high proficiency level
- Strong communication, manual dexterity, and basic computer skills
