About the role

Responsibilities
- Assisting dentists during procedures and supporting clinical teams
- Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms
- Taking X-rays (with training)
- Recording and updating patient information
- Sterilizing tools and maintaining workspace hygiene
- Supporting front-desk tasks like check-in and scheduling
- Sharing post-treatment care instructions with patients
- Adhering to OSHA, HIPAA, and safety protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable, eager to learn, and responsible
- Background check, valid driver's license, and U.S. work authorization
Qualifications
- Dental assisting certification (preferred but not required)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred but not required)
