Denials & AR Follow-Up Specialist - EClinical Works
This is a contract position based in Jacksonville, FL, and is fully remote.
Requirements
- Advanced eClinicalWorks (eCW) expertise (non-negotiable)
- 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
- 3+ years of AR follow-up, denials, appeals, and reimbursement recovery experience
- Strong professional billing knowledge
- Ability to answer day-to-day workflow and system questions without relying heavily on client leadership
Ideal Candidate
- Heavy eCW user with deep professional billing knowledge
- Comfortable working full cycle claims
- Strong troubleshooting and coaching ability
- Can help reduce the client's training and support burden
- Experience with AR cleanup, denial recovery, or backlog reduction projects preferred

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may include:
