This role is with a growing sitework and demolition firm hiring Project Managers at all levels in the Greater Philadelphia area.
About the role
We are a top civil firm with over 70 years of experience in the local market, looking to add a Demolition Project Manager to our growing team. All projects are localized, and the work schedule is excellent.
Responsibilities
- Manage demolition projects for commercial construction, including interior and full tear-downs
- Understand a variety of project types and demolition methods
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
- 5+ years of demolition experience for commercial construction projects
- Local to the Greater Philadelphia area
- Experience in the Greater Philadelphia or New Jersey markets (ideal)
