Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and bids for structural demolition projects
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Cookordinate field operations, subcontractors, and site logistics
- Oversee budgets, schedules, change orders, and project documentation
Qualifications
- 4+ years of construction experience
- Strong preference for structural demolition experience
- Heavy civil/sitework experience is a plus
- Experience in estimating and/or project management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
