Lead high-stakes demolition and civil site-prep projects in Nashville. We need a PM who knows dirt work, understands the grit of a demo site, and hits deadlines without excuses. We are seeking a high-performing Civil Project Manager with specialized experience in demolition and earthwork to lead high-stakes projects in the booming Nashville market.

Responsibilities

• Lead demolition and earthwork projects from planning through completion
• Manage budgets, subcontractors, and schedules under pressure

Requirements

• 5+ Years Experience: Must have a background specifically in Demolition and Civil Earthwork
• Nashville Expertise: Familiarity with local site conditions and permitting
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in project software (Procore, HCSS, or similar)
• Execution: Able to manage budgets, subs, and schedules under pressure
