Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
- 5+ years of demolition experience for commercial construction projects (interior and full tear‑down)
- Located in the Greater Philadelphia area
- Understanding of various project types and demolition methods
- Experience in the Greater Philadelphia or New Jersey markets
