About the role

We are seeking a passionate and talented chef who wants to join a team that prioritizes diversity, inclusion in a professional and fun working environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items, following hotel's recipes and standards
• Take responsibility for your specific section of the kitchen, managing the daily operations and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
• Contribute to the creation and development of new dishes and menus, bringing innovative ideas and suggestions to the culinary team

Requirements

• Recent experience in a la carte dining, preferably in hotels or fine dining
• Strong culinary skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a passion for food
• Qualification in Kitchen Production
• Demonstrated in-depth skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential
• A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced customer service environment
