Demand Response Operations Associate - Remote, USA

Description

The ideal candidate will have a healthy understanding of the Demand Response (DR) business and a strong desire to become an expert in DR program rules, proprietary systems, and operational protocols. This role will support the execution of new and existing programs to consistently meet energy reduction targets.

Requirements

• Experienced with Excel, Salesforce, and/or proprietary software
• Prior experience in energy management, power generation, demand response, or a related industry is a plus
• Naturally curious about how things are designed and built; driven to solve challenging problems
• Demonstrated ability to manage difficult situations calmly and effectively; thrive in a fast-paced, open, flexible environment
• Meticulous attention to detail when tackling thorny problems
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.89 - $32.48 hourly. The base pay actually offered will be based on several factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, work experience, education, and internal equity.
