Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead the demand planning process from data collection to forecast generation, analysis, and alignment across departments.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to develop monthly demand plans and support the SIOP cycle.
- Manage inventory planning, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory KPIs.
- Collaborate with production and procurement to translate demand signals into executable supply plans.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance forecast accuracy and planning efficiency.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business decisions and supply chain initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or S&OP/SIOP processes.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience interpreting large datasets and translating insights into actionable plans.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP and forecasting tools; experience with SAP, or Kinaxis is a plus.
- Advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with global supply chain operations, including import/export logistics, is a plus.
