We also have company description but that's boilerplate? Might be considered not needed? It's not a requirement but could be About the role? Probably not needed; it's company overview, could be considered not substantive for the role. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The company description is not directly about role but maybe considered part of job posting. However they said remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Company description is not those; it's about the company. Might be considered substantive? Usually we include About the role only; company description could be omitted as not directly role. But instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we omit company description, we are summarizing away detail. However they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. The company description is not a section heading we have; we could include it as part of About the role? But About the role currently is just the overview paragraph. Could we add company description as a separate paragraph under About the role? The heading About the role is for section headings; we could include multiple paragraphs under that heading. So we can include company description as part of About the role section.
Thus About the role will contain two paragraphs: the overview and the company description (maybe trimmed to not include EEO). The company description includes: "Hubbell creates critical infrastructure solutions that power our customers, communities, people and the planet. Our company is strategically aligned around enabling grid modernization and electrification. As more products plug in to an aging grid, Hubbell solutions enable the transition to a more reliable, resilient and efficient energy infrastructure. Founded in 1888 our innovation has made us a leading global manufacturer of high quality electrical and utility solutions enabling customers to operate critical infrastructure reliably and efficiently. The company operates in two segments. Hubbell Utility Solutions (HUS) enable the grid to conduct, communicate and control energy across utility applications and Hubbell Electrical Solutions (HES) are essential to managing power across a wide range of industries and applications. Our vertical market solutions can be applied to markets including Data Centers, Renewables, Commercial Buildings, Industrial, Telecom and Transportation. Supporting both of our business segments is our corporate and Hubbell Unified Business Solutions teams that provide consistent process, tools technologies across our businesses. We are committed to operating sustainably and ethically while promoting an inclusive and supportive culture for our people to grow and develop in their careers. Our employees proudly work and serve our communities from our headquarters in Shelton, CT, across the United States and around the globe. Hubbell Electrical Solutions Hubbell Electrical Solutions (HES) are essential to managing power across a wide range of industries and applications. HES provides the critical components that allow operators of buildings, factories and other industrial infrastructure to connect, protect, wire and manage power. Hubbell Incorporated, its subsidiaries and affiliates, is an EO Employer AA: M/F/Veteran/Disability. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other protected class. The above summary of position responsibilities and requirements is not intended, and should not be construed, to be an exhaustive list of duties, skills, efforts, physical requirements, or working conditions associated with the position. It is intended to be an accurate reflection of those principal position elements essential for making decisions related to position performance, employee development, and compensation."
We need to remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate and duplicated lines. The EEO statement is boilerplate; remove it. Also the sentence about "The above summary..." is also boilerplate (disclaimer). Remove that. Also duplicated line "Hubbell Electrical Solutions Hubbell Electrical Solutions (HES) are essential..." appears twice? Actually appears once near end; but there is earlier mention. We'll keep one.
Thus About the role section will have paragraphs: overview paragraph, then company description paragraphs (maybe multiple). We'll keep the descriptive content but remove EEO and disclaimer.
Now Responsibilities: list as
- each duty.
Requirements: maybe include education and experience? But we have separate sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements: experience, education. Qualifications: certifications. Skills: technical and soft skills.
Thus:
- Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Demand Planning. Bachelor’s Degree in related field or Business required. Master’s Degree in related field or Business preferred.
- Qualifications: APICS certification preferred.
- Skills: list of skills: SAP, MS Office including Intermediate MS Excel and Access, Power BI or other reporting tools, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Demand Planning forecasting software, Supply chain knowledge, Familiarity with statistics, Analytical thinking, Creative thinking, Presentation skills, Interpersonal skills, Detail-oriented, ability to rationalize data to confidently make decisions quickly.
We could also include "Ability to analyze and use critical thinking skills" etc.

We must not include empty sections.
