Swimlane is seeking a highly adaptable, results-oriented marketing professional to join a lean, high-impact team. This role is ideal for a well-rounded, modern B2B demand generation marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable owning a broad range of initiatives across the funnel.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns across the full buying journey, from awareness through conversion
- Drive pipeline through channels including paid media, content promotion, direct mail, email, nurture programs, webinars, virtual events, and account-based (ABX) initiatives
- Partner closely with BDR and Sales teams to design targeted outbound campaigns and ensure effective follow-up and conversion into a qualified pipeline
- Develop and optimize campaign messaging and copy across channels—including email sequences, nurture flows, ads, and landing pages—balancing creativity with performance-driven execution
- Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, including paid media and ABX programs
- Identify, test, and scale new channels and campaign strategies to drive incremental growth
- Analyze campaign performance and pipeline contribution; use data and experimentation to continuously improve results
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies and help identify new opportunities for growth
- Operate as a generalist, stepping into high-priority initiatives based on business needs and individual strengths
- Leverage AI tools to scale campaign development and content creation, ensuring responsible use with strong ownership of quality, accuracy, and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B technology experience in demand generation or growth marketing
- Background in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or complex B2B sales environments strongly preferred, with a clear understanding of how technical buyers evaluate and purchase solutions
- Proven ability to design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue, combining creative thinking with strong analytical rigor
- Strong understanding of modern demand generation, including ABX, lifecycle marketing, and sales-aligned campaign execution
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, BDR, and Marketing teams to deliver aligned, high-impact programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling campaign messaging and content across channels
- Demonstrated ability to operate with a high level of ownership in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
- Track record of testing, iterating, and optimizing campaigns using data and experimentation to improve performance
- Familiarity with modern marketing and sales technology stacks, such as Marketo, 6sense, Salesforce, Outreach, and Clay
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
