What You’ll Do
- Develop and lead a thought leadership program that establishes Neighborly Software as a trusted voice in housing and community development, driving net-new inbound demand.
- Own the demand generation strategy across content, paid media, email, webinars, and events, with clear accountability for pipeline contribution.
- Create and program content — reports, guides, case studies, blogs, webinars, and speaking opportunities — in partnership with subject matter experts.
- Manage paid acquisition channels (sponsored content, association media) and optimize spend against pipeline and cost-per-lead targets.
- Build and refine a lead scoring program that prioritizes the highest-intent prospects, and partner closely with Sales to optimize the lead-to-sales handoff — ensuring lead quality, conversion velocity, and shared accountability for pipeline and revenue.
- Define, track, and report on funnel metrics — MQLs, marketing-sourced pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue contribution — and use the data to continuously improve.
- Manage the demand generation budget and vendor relationships to maximize return on investment.
