About The Position
The Demand Generation Manager reports directly to the Director of Strategic Marketing and is responsible for driving net new pipeline creation, acceleration, and ultimately bookings and revenue through multi-channel inbound and outbound marketing efforts. Location: Atlanta. Role hybrid - in office 3 days.
Responsibilities
- Your Day Might Look Like:
- Campaign Development
- Design and execute multi-channel inbound/outbound campaigns (email, digital, webinars, events, content syndication, etc) aligned to GTM strategy in partnership with Marketing Operations and Shared Services
- Develop short form campaign and asset messaging in partnership with contractors/ content marketing
- Own/ translate ICP messaging/ pain points into assets in collaboration with practice leads & content marketing
- Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with practice leads and sales teams to align marketing efforts to pipeline goals
- Work with Marketing Shared Services to build sales enablement tools and assets
- Support events in collaboration with Experiential Marketing
- Report out monthly to practice leads on campaign effectiveness
- Optimization & Analytics
- Review campaign engagement for ongoing optimization opportunities
- Audit campaign attribution against newly created pipeline
- Leverage Marketing Ops & Tech team for reporting, segmentation, and optimization
- Apply testing and data-driven approaches to improve campaign ROI
- Content & Thought Leadership
- Partner with contract writers/ the Content Marketing Manager on long form content strategy to support ongoing programs, including blogs, ebooks, infographics, and more
- Identify new opportunities for thought leadership content tied to market trends
- Ensure messaging reflects industry expertise and aligns with buyer pain points
- Pipeline & Demand Generation Ownership
- Own pipeline generation targets and contribute directly to marketing-sourced opportunities and bookings
- Drive net-new demand through inbound and outbound strategies, not just nurture and lifecycle campaigns
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies aligned to GTM priorities, not just campaign execution
- Manage and optimize campaign and channel investments to maximize ROI and pipeline impact
- Drive measurable business outcomes, with a focus on pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue contribution — not just engagement metrics
Requirements
- 4+ years of campaigns experience, preferably in the Microsoft ecosystem, Saas, Saas Services, or IT Consulting
- Strong understanding of buyer personas and ICPs
- Experience in campaign marketing/management, demand generation, or growth marketing
- Proven ability to optimize and measure multi-channel campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or Marketing preferred
