Demand Generation Manager

About the role

This is a newly created position within a successful industry leader strategically positioned for the next growth stage. The Demand Generation Manager will partner with Marketing, Sales and cross-functional teams to build and optimize a data-driven pipeline engine that supports revenue growth. This role combines data analysis, process improvement, and business strategy to turn insights into measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Analyze industry, client, prospect, and buyer intent data to generate actionable leads for Sales.
• Identify whitespace, cross-sell opportunities, dormant accounts, and high-potential targets.
• Support campaign and event planning, execution, automation, and performance analysis using Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Serve as a power user of the commercial tech stack, with a focus on CRM hygiene, platform optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Build and deliver reporting on sales, funnel, opportunity, and campaign performance, including executive dashboards and win/loss analysis.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve prospecting, reporting efficiency, and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing data analysis, with a track record of improving lead generation in a consultative selling environment.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Strong experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot.
• Experience managing large datasets, creating reports, and using data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex insights clearly.
• An initiator and a collaborative style.

Pay

$150k / year
