About the role

As a Demand Generation Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving pipeline growth through strategic, audience-first campaigns. You will lead integrated, full-funnel campaign strategies from planning through execution — working across product marketing, content, SDRs, sales, and digital to create high-impact campaigns that drive measurable results.

What You’ll Do

  • Owning the strategy and execution of integrated campaigns across key buyer journeys, targeting both net-new and install base audiences.
  • Translating high-level GTM priorities into actionable campaign plans — including content strategy, segmentation, offer creation, nurture, and follow-up motions.
  • Developing clear, measurable campaign goals that ladder up to pipeline creation, opportunity influence, and revenue growth.
  • Partnering with content strategy and product marketing to refine messaging frameworks and ensure alignment across personas, segments, and funnel stages.
  • Leading campaign syncs, driving alignment across functions (sales, SDRs, digital, content, regional teams), and ensuring flawless execution.
  • Own campaign performance reporting and making data-driven decisions to optimize engagement and conversion.
  • Contributing to innovation across marketing execution — testing new tactics, channels, or messaging to improve impact.
  • Championing audience insights, using tools like 6sense, LinkedIn, and CRM data to inform targeting and messaging strategies.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 3-5 years in growth, demand generation, or integrated marketing roles at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven experience leading full-funnel campaigns — from strategic planning to execution and reporting.
  • Deep understanding of how to segment and engage complex audiences across different funnel stages.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and project management skills; ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to craft compelling messaging and clearly articulate campaign impact.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology tools such as 6sense, Marketo, Salesforce, and/or marketing AI tools.
  • Passion for marketing to marketers — and a mindset of continuous learning, testing, and optimization.

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart

  • Experience supporting campaigns at a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Hands-on experience using GenAI or automation tools to improve campaign performance or reduce lift.
