Demand Generation Manager
Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.
About the role
We're looking for a Demand Generation Manager aligned to the Broker channel to help deepen engagement, drive pipeline, and make Rippling the go-to solution for benefits brokers and their clients. In this role, you’ll own and execute marketing initiatives that support our Broker sales motion, combining demand generation, partner marketing, product marketing, content strategy, and channel-facing communications. This role is highly cross-functional and based in either our New York or San Francisco office.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute quarterly campaign themes across email, webinar, social, and events, plus always-on broker nurture programs that build awareness and trust
- Own broker messaging and positioning, evolving it based on testing, market feedback, and sales insights
- Create sales-support content that actually gets used, including co-branded assets, case studies, and first call decks
- Partner with Channel Sales to identify gaps, spot opportunities, and deliver tailored campaigns and outreach
- Analyze campaign ROI and iterate quickly, using data to decide what to scale, pivot, or cut
- Collaborate across Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Partner Success, and Marketing Operations as a trusted voice on broker go-to-market
Requirements
- 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience with a strong foundation in demand gen, product marketing, or partner/channel marketing
- Proven track record running outbound campaigns and digital programs, including email, paid social, webinars, and more
- Ability to create clear, impactful sales-support content including co-branded assets, case studies, and educational materials
- Full-funnel thinker who balances nurture with activation and knows when to do each
- Data-driven and results-oriented — you pull your own reports, find the insight, and act on it
- Resourceful and execution-oriented — you know how to build and launch with what's available
- Strong cross-functional communicator, especially with sales and leadership
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and autonomy
Preferred Skills
- Experience in broker marketing, benefits, insurance, HRIS, payroll, or broader partner/channel ecosystem
- Experience building 0-to-1 programs, repeatable campaign motions, or always-on nurture programs
- Campaign reporting and analysis, Salesforce campaign/report fluency, email/lifecycle tooling, webinar tooling, and basic audience segmentation
- Strong copywriting skills
Benefits
- Competitive salary + benefits + equity
- Office-based role with in-office requirement of at least three days a week
