Demand Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain consensus demand forecasts for assigned customers.
• Analyze historical shipments, POS trends, promotional plans, pricing changes, and customer inventory levels to develop demand forecasts.
• Monitor statistical forecast outputs and make adjustments based on business insights and market trends.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply teams to gather information and improve forecast accuracy.
• Support new product forecast development through analysis of launch plans and comparable product performance.
• Participate in monthly S&OP activities and provide input on forecast changes, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor forecast performance metrics, including Forecast Accuracy and Forecast Bias.
• Affiliate with annual planning activities and financial forecast updates.
• Maintain forecasting data, reporting, and planning tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field. 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Forecasting, Sales Operations, Inventory Planning, or related analytical roles.
• PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Experience with retail forecasting and POS analysis. Exposure to forecasting systems and statistical planning tools. Experience using supply chain planning system.
• REQUIRED SKILLS: Strong data management and reporting skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Cross-functional collaboration. Ability to analyze data.
