About the role

We are opening a brand-new café at Enghave Brygge in Copenhagen SV and are looking for a part-time colleague to join our team from the very beginning. The café is expected to open in July, and we want to ensure our guests experience the high service, great atmosphere, and hospitality Café Kaiser is known for from day one.

As a part-time server, you will be one of the café’s key ambassadors and a familiar face to our guests. You’ll help create first impressions, build a loyal customer base, and deliver experiences that keep people coming back.

The position is approximately 20-25 hours per week, primarily during daytime hours on weekdays, but also including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Serve food and beverages to guests
• Prepare the café for daily operations and maintain smooth floor service
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless experience for guests and the team
• Contribute to building a positive café culture and guest experiences from the opening day

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and skilled at building relationships
• Passionate about hospitality and guest service
• Takes responsibility and works well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Flexible and enjoys working in a team
• Excellent communication skills with both guests and colleagues
• Available to work daytime hours on weekdays, as well as evenings and weekends
• Fluent in Danish (spoken and written)
• Minimum 18 years old

Experience in the café or restaurant industry is a plus, but your energy, attitude, and eagerness to learn are what matter most to us.

Schedule

Start date is as soon as possible, with the café expected to open in July. Training will primarily take place at our existing cafés in Hørsholm and Farum before the opening at Enghave Brygge. The schedule will be planned collaboratively to accommodate your availability and other commitments.

The position is 20-25 hours per week, with exact hours to be agreed upon with the café manager.
