About the role

We are looking for a skilled roofer to join our team at Dakpanvervanging.nl, specializing in sloped roofs. You’ll work with a group of Betrokken Professionals—people who value quality, safety, and a good time. If you enjoy variety, outdoor work, and finishing early enough to enjoy your evenings, this role is for you.

• Salary above the collective labor agreement (CAO) rate, depending on your skills.
• Early start at 07:00, with finish times at 14:30 (or one hour later in winter).
• Your own work van for commuting.
• A crane available for every team, minimizing heavy lifting.
• Fresh fruit provided at the workplace.
• Your own PBM (Personal Protective Equipment) bag and approved materials for safety.
• Opportunities for growth and advancement if you have ambition.
• Your ideas are heard and acted upon.
• Friendly colleagues and fun team outings, including frequent barbecues.

Requirements

• Experience working on roofs, preferably sloped roofs.
• No fear of heights (or the ability to fake it well).
• Social, skilled, and a bit quirky in a fun way.
• You embody the values of a Betrokken Professional—just like us.
