About the role

Café Kaiser is opening a brand-new café at Christian Langes Plads 11 on Enghave Brygge in Copenhagen SV, with doors expected to open in July. We are looking for part-time staff to join the team from the very beginning and help ensure our new café gets the best possible start. As a part-time server, you will play a key role in creating the first impressions, building a loyal customer base, and delivering the high level of service, atmosphere, and hospitality that Café Kaiser is known for.

We are primarily looking for colleagues who can work afternoons, evenings, and weekends. This position is ideal for students or individuals with other commitments who want to be part of a dynamic team with plenty of energy and guest interaction.

• Fluent in spoken and written Danish
• At least 17 years old

Experience in the café or restaurant industry is a plus, but your attitude, energy, and desire to create great experiences are what matter most. If you don’t have experience, we’ll provide thorough training.

Practical information

Start date is as soon as possible, as we expect to open the café in July. It’s important that you are available to work during the summer holidays. Before the opening, your training will primarily take place at our cafés in Hørsholm and Farum to prepare you for the launch at Enghave Brygge. We will create a training plan that fits your schedule, shifts, hours, and any study commitments.

Your shifts will primarily be in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
