Requirements

• Schedules patients appropriately allowing sufficient clinic time.
• Arranges for the efficient and orderly admission of patients.
• Ensures that accurate patient information is obtained, co-payments are collected, and billing information is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Front office experience in a physicians office or similar setting.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Medical terminology preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be well organized and possess good time management skills.
