About the role
Join our team as a local truck driver with a schedule that allows you to be home daily, with no nights or weekends. This role involves delivering materials to customers, assisting in warehouse operations, and ensuring safe, efficient logistics.
Responsibilities
- Deliver materials to customers, including loading and unloading using a pallet jack and two-wheel dolly, and ensuring delivery of the ticket with materials.
- Pick up customer returns and validate product matches for credit requests.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any issues to your supervisor.
- Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
- Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming materials.
- Work overtime as needed and adhere to all safety regulations.
- Support warehouse and yard operations as required.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid CDL and be at least 21 years of age.
- Meet and maintain all CDL and DOT standards and regulations, including possessing or acquiring a valid DOT Medical card.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Background in warehouse operations and logistics (e.g., shipping, receiving, delivery) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.

Pay
Starting at $21 per hour, with a pay range of $19.26 - $30.76 per hour. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some overtime as needed.
Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
