About the Role
The Delivery Supervisor leads daily operations supporting Medicaid waiver programs, ensuring compliance, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee service delivery and manage operational teams
- Develop and mentor staff to meet performance metrics
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators
- Implement process improvements and best practices
- Serve as the escalation point for complex operational issues
- Build and maintain relationships with health authorities, providers, and community partners
- Participate in audits, reviews, and compliance activities
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Prepare and present operational reports to leadership
- Support business continuity during high-volume or critical periods
Requirements
- Minimum four years of supervisory experience in a metrics-driven environment
- Knowledge of Medicaid waiver programs
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Mi Via, SDCB, or other Medicaid programs
- Experience with fiscal management and audit support
- Background working with healthcare agencies or government entities
