As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth in our product development processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ideate, prototype, and bring new products to market.

Responsibilities

• Lead ideation sessions to generate innovative product concepts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product prototypes
• Conduct market research to inform product development decisions
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product development or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
• Knowledge of market research techniques and tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills
