About the role

We are seeking a Delivery/Set-up Technician at our office in Kennewick, WA. This position offers future advancement opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Unbox, set up, and test new equipment
  • Write up trade lease-ins, lease returns, equipment swaps, and rental returns
  • Receive and manage equipment in the shop
  • Coordinate copier and fax deliveries
  • Maintain communication with sales and service
  • Manage/schedule demo equipment for setup at customer locations
  • Perform basic networking of office equipment at customer locations
  • Some heavy lifting necessary

Qualifications

  • Good communication skills
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV record
  • Stable work history
  • Verifiable references
  • Must pass a background check
