About the role

Managed Healthcare Pharmacy, a Guardian Pharmacy in Eugene, OR, is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented team member to join our delivery team as a Part-Time Delivery Scanner/Toter. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working independently as part of a team, and taking pride in doing things right. Your work ensures medications reach healthcare facilities accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare medications for North delivery routes starting at 1:00 PM, serving Junction City, Corvallis, Albany, Salem, Portland, and surrounding areas.
• Check medication bubble packs for accuracy.
• Scan, package, and organize bubble packs.
• Build individual bags for facilities and nursing stations.
• Sort completed packages by delivery route.
• Print and attach packing slips.
• Organize packages into route-specific baskets.
• Help load medications for transport to North route drivers.
• Work with the pharmacy team to maintain accuracy, organization, and schedule adherence.
• Comply with all Federal and Company privacy regulations regarding patient information safeguarding.

Additional opportunities

There may be opportunities to pick up additional hours and responsibilities, including covering the transport run when the regular driver is unavailable or on vacation, as well as additional route coverage once primary duties are completed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• State Driver’s License.
• Applicants must be 21 years old or older.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks requiring accuracy.
• Able to work under pressure and time constraints.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Willing to help wherever needed.

Pay

$17 per hour.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, starting at 1:00 PM, typically working 4–5 hours per day.
