Location: Omaha, NE Salary: $60.00 USD Hourly - $80.00 USD Hourly Description Job Title: Program Manager Location: Omaha, NE (Hybrid) Duration: 6 months (Contract-to-hire) Travel: Approximately 20% travel within Nebraska, Missouri, and Iowa Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale delivery and program management initiatives across operations, strategy, FinTech, healthcare, ERP, SaaS, modernization, and data governance programs. Drive AI-first and automation-focused transformation initiatives. Manage ERP-heavy environments with a strong emphasis on data management and governance. Partner with executive leadership, including the CEO, CIO, CFO, Vice Presidents, and Engineering leaders. Ensure successful execution of complex programs while aligning business and technology objectives. Champion Agile and DevSecOps practices within a pragmatic, results-driven environment. Required Qualifications 7-10 years of Program/Delivery Management experience. Strong background managing data-intensive and ERP-related initiatives. Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise transformation programs. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Agile and SecOps experience preferred.
