About the role

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager with a strong background in international sourcing, inventory management, and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and material planning.
• Oversee purchasing activities with domestic and international suppliers.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to forecast demand and maintain inventory.
• Adjust order schedules to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
• Expedite critical orders and resolve supply chain issues.
• Oversee warehouse inventory transactions and receipt processes.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate warehouse transfers and production reporting.
• Lead annual physical inventory activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
• International purchasing experience required.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory planning.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.

Pay

Salary: $70,000.00 USD Annually - $90,000.00 USD Annually
