About the role

Our McKesson location in Portland, OR is looking for a dynamic and motivated driver associate to join the team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has a great reputation in the healthcare sector. Products you would deliver include medical supplies and equipment.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 6:30 am until route is complete

Pay

• $21.96 / hour
• Maximize earning potential with rewarding incentive programs; achieve goals to earn up to 10% more in incentive pay and additional stretch opportunities for an extra 6%. Incentive is paid out every 4 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Perform local routes and return home daily
• Build client relationships face-to-face while working outdoors
• Move efficiently to ensure life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management
• Participate in the Vitality Wellness program to earn health discounts by staying active
• Complete on-the-job training to certify in driving power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and operate advanced automation

Requirements

• Current valid US Driver’s License (required)
• Ability to maintain a safe driving history (required)
• Must be 21 years of age or older (required)
• 1+ years of experience (preferred)
• Demonstrated excellent verbal skills
• Problem resolution skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Frequently required to sit for 3 or more hours
• Frequently required to stand for 3 or more hours
• Must successfully complete and maintain DOT physical requirements
