About the role

The Delivery Principal will lead complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure project success through effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in delivering high-quality solutions, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment and progress.
• Identify and address issues proactively to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience in project management, delivery, or consulting.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale projects.
• Experience working in remote or hybrid environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Experience with AI tools and technologies.
