Delivery Operations Lead (Contractor) - Civil Engineering

What You Will Do We’re currently looking for a Delivery Operations Lead to help us run and scale projects that require civil engineering expertise. This role sits closer to the day-to-day operations of our AI projects, working directly with our project and delivery teams as well as the fellows completing the work. As a Delivery Operations Lead, You Would Help Manage project throughput, task queues, and fellow capacityReview fellow and AI-generated work for quality and provide feedbackSupport and communicate with fellows, including hosting office hours when neededWork with project leads to interpret evolving instructions and improve rubrics and evaluation methodsIdentify operational or quality issues early and help keep projects on trackHelp identify, interview, and onboard additional domain specialists as projects grow Qualifications We are looking for people with 5+ years of experience with a Master's degree or PHD in: ArchitectureStructural engineeringCivil engineering (site, transportation, water, geotech)Construction (GC, project management, estimating, field)MEP engineering (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection)Another AEC disciplinePrevious experience in data annotation work, working as a project manager, pipeline moderator, operations Details Recent experience — Currently working as a civil or structural engineer, or have worked in the field for more than 5 yearsDegree: MS or PhD in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related fieldHourly rate: $60 - $80/hrAvailability: 40 hours per week minimumSupport CPT, but not H-1 B or STEM OPT #HandshakeAI
